We must therefore follow a schedule which will insure that your order is received in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

Ordering

Placing you order with us is easy. Just phone, email, online or fax you order though to us and we will tend to it right away. We make sure we carry the stock on demand.

 

Packing

A brief overview of our ordering, packing and shipping process:

  1. We receive your order and immediately begin to assemble it in our refrigerated climate controlled packing facility. Your order is filleted cleaned and accurately weighed.
  2. Your fresh order will be vacuum packed to seal in freshness.
  3. Your order will be placed in an appropriate container.
  4. The container will be placed in an outer carton for additional protection and insulation.
  5. All orders will be packed with a frozen gel pack product to keep your order cold during shipment.
  6. Boxes will also have a plastic inner liner to stop any possible water leakage and assist in temperature maintenance.
  7. All boxes will be identified and properly marked for shipment.

Delivery
We deliver daily within Central Coast NSW regions. All orders have to be in by 8 am.
