We have a wide range of fresh oyster. They are always fresh as we have a good turn around. Quality opened and flipped around to give you that appealing oyster look.

a: The Sydney Rock Oyster

The Sydney Rock Oyster Saccostrea glomerata are endemic to Australia, and are found in bays, inlets and sheltered estuaries from Hervey Bay in Queensland to Wingan Inlet in Eastern Victoria.

b: The Native Oyster( not stocked )

The Native Oyster Ostrea angasi grows wild in Tasmania, although they also occur across southern Australia

c: Pacific Oysters

Pacific Oysters have been commercially cultivated in Port Stephens since 1991, and triploid Pacific Oysters are cultivated in the Hawkesbury, Georges and Shoalhaven/Crookhaven estuaries
