Casanova Oysters has been established on the Central Coast for over 19 years to meet the seafood requirements of both wholesaler and private needs of Central Coast residence.
All oysters are  sourced directly from the farm from various areas in NSW ranging from Wallis Lake, Manning River, Port Stephens, Brisbane Waters (Gosford), Batemans Bay with Pacific Broken Bay oysters coming directly from the Hawkesbury. All oysters are  then opened and processed at our Long Jetty estalishment by our team of friendly and efficient staff with over 25 years of experience dealing with oysters.
Business owner Andrew already had a wealth of experience before purchasing Casanova Oysters having worked 25years as an oyster farmer on the Hawkesbury, other members of his staff also came with the same knowledge of proper care and handling with Steve also having spend 20years oyster farming on the Hawkesbury. Joanne also joined the team having 12 years dealing with seafood.
